60 - 120 seconds, or even higher.ĪI Search Time: Also think this should go up, but that's more personal preference. I don't know about you, but I would probably be spending a little bit more than 10 seconds searching for an attacker that just shot me instead of going "Must've been seeing things.". NPCs only spend 10 or 15 seconds searching for you after they've been hit by a fucking arrow.

I haven't done a pure stealth play through since using SkyTweak, so still a lot of tuning to do.ĪI Search Time Attacked: This obviously needs to go way up. I'm definitely still messing around with them.

Looked up my settings, and found that I messed them up at some point! Rather than give specifics, I'll give my general strategy for tweaking these. Not on my gaming machine ATM, so can't look up the settings, but it was mostly tweaking how long NPCs would take to search for me, how much light matters, etc. I finally switched to just playing around with settings in SkyTweak until I was happy. I would often find random NPCs detecting me from absurd distances. For instance, I found bandits in that tower on the way to Bleak Falls Barrow could detect me when I on the road to the West entrance to Riverwood.

Immersive detection of NPC seemed to cause NPCs to detect you from crazy long distances, even through foliage and such. Immersive NPC in the Dark has well known bugs, particularly with NPC torch handling. Honestly, I found both mods to be problematic in separate ways.
